| Our Law Office in its current form was founded in 2005. Advocate Anna Czepkowska, founder of the Law Office, started her career in 1996 in „Pociej Dubois and Partners” Law Office. Then co-founded the „Ufnal Karnkowski and Partners” Law Office, and in 2002 founded the Law Office „A. Czepkowska A. Wesołowska”. Anna Czepkowska is a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at Warsaw University and a member of Bar Council in Warsaw. For many years has advised different companies in the field of civil and commercial law, as well as labour and tax law. Participated in a number of commercial transactions, including the international transaction. Advocate Karol Pękala Karol Pękala started his career in the Ministry of Economic Affairs in the Department of Trade Policy Instruments. Has been working with the Law Office since 2003. Karol Pękala is a graduate of Law and Administration Faculty at Warsaw University and a member of the Bar Council in Warsaw. A specialist in civil law, in particular in real estate transactions, family law, and intellectual property rights. Speaks fluent English. Legal trainee Robert Michalski Robert Michalski is a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at Warsaw University. Specializes in civil law including business procedures. Legal trainee Andrzej Kamiński Andrzej Kamiński is a graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Expanded his professional qualifications during the post-graduate studies in Public Procurement Law. Speaks fluent English. |
