| Law Office of Anna Czepkowska has been operating on the Polish market in its current form since 2005. Knowledge and experience gained during the cooperation with our Clients, as well as commitment of our team allows us to rise to any legal challenge and to meet ever greater challenges and demands of the changing economic situation.
We provide legal services in all aspects of law, especially in civil, commercial and labour law. We specialize in the permanent legal service of domestic and foreign entrepreneurs. We assist with commercial transactions, negotiations, everyday business transactions performed by them. We have extensive experience in advising on real estate and intellectual property rights. We also provide litigation. We represent corporations operating in different economic sectors, from construction product manufacturers, publishers, developers, insurance companies - through financial services and tourism industry. Our practice is not limited only to economic law, we advise individuals, mainly in civil law (in particular in inheritance and family law), as well as in labour and administrative law. We have many year’s experience in matters relating to liability insurance claims, car and accident insurance, and property insurance of any kind. We employ only experienced lawyers and attorneys, who with their knowledge and commitment to work gained trust of our Clients. We speak fluent English, which is the main language used in many cases carried out by us. We have extensive experience in both litigation and administrative matters.
